To celebrate the opening Philip Ritchie held a soft launch where 80 guests were invited to test the restaurants facilities and ability to cope with a high demand. Grant MacNicoll created some amazing food during a very hectic and exciting evening.  August saw us back at the Byzantium Restaurant.
