This was a very special request as I was asked to attend the opening evening at their brand new show piece restaurant at 1 St John’s Place, Perth. The photographs looked very polished the setting is beyond words and…  I recently had the opportunity to revisit the Byzantium Restuarant in Dundee to take some photographs of the interiors and some marketing photographs. It’s very special to me to build up a client base who feel comfortable to call us back in to do more work. I also had dinner, the food was as always…  I was recently asked to photograph The Cowshed Restaurant in Banchory for the launch of their new website. The Cowshed run by Joy and Graham Buchan and their restaurant manager Gerald Savigny, is a new build with exceptional facilities in the kitchen with a large well apointed dining space for guests. The scenery around the…  I visited the Byzantium Restaurant in Dundee to photograph food prepared by Grant MacNicol and his skilled team. The Byzantium Restaurant is situated in the Cultural Quarter of Dundee’s vibrant West End.
