We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will follow shortly after payment is received, whenever possible. But normally within a period of 6 weeks.
We are dependant on suppliers for these time scales and will discuss these with you at the time you order a product.
Products will only in exceptional cases be shipped by us

Refund / Cancelation Policy

We will endeavour to provide refunds as soon as practibaly possible.
Cancelation of orders is not possible once the order is passed onto our suppliers.
Cancelations of Session Fees will be viewed sensitively and refunds will be considered prior to the session
